My husband had hernia surgery a year ago and the incision is still not completely healed. H e is s diabetic and I am concerned. He saw the surgeon two weeks ago and she reopened and cleaned the area that restiched it. She told him to us rubbing alcohol to dry it up but the crust keeps falling off and it is still not healed
