Hi welcome to health care magic

warfarin sodium and mesasal (mesalamine) do have drug interactions.

u should take care if patient develops any generalised weakness

INR which is used to monitor warfarin dose may increase due to mesalamine, kindly

look for bleeding manifestations .

if any mucosal bleed occurs,go to a near by hospital as soon as possible and stop

warfarin
