Diagnosed Pangastritis, GERD, H Pylori Positive, Chronic Duodenitis. Prescribed Nizonide, Rifagut, Levogastrol, Rekool And Folvite. Right Medication?
Hi Doctor..I've had upper GI Endoscopy with biopsy taken from duodenum and colonoscopy..results are pan gastritis GERD, H pylori (+ve) and biiopsy revealed chronic duodenitis. The gastronterologist at PSRI (DELHI) prescribed me sompraz hp, levogastrol and lexiflox for seven days. I gone to the same doctor again and this time he recommended nizonide 500mg, rifagut 550mg (twice for 14 days), levogastrol (thrice for 14 days), rekool 20 mg (twice for 14 days) and folvite 5mg (twice for 14 days). i would like to know among these which one for gastritis and h pylori and which one for duodenitis and also are these the coreect medicines?

Pangastritis and chronic duodenitis is caused by the same H. Pylori bacteria and Sompraz HP kit is beneficial for same disease.
All these features are collectively called as Dyspepsia which could also be functional in nature.
Dyspepsia is a collection of symptoms consisting of acidic belching, abdominal heaviness and bloating, gargling sound , excessive flatulence.
In my personal opinion, treatment is optimal and appropriate and will help you.
You should also follow dietary changes like; avoid tomatoes, citrus fruits, onion and garlic.
Take soft diet along with curd.
