Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic
one can manage with one eye quite well
but it will reduce the field of vision
when you look at 2 objects it is not possible to decide which is in front and which is behind
sometimes you may see double images
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Take care

Hi Mallika,
Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic.
Once cataract is formed and matured, it is better to remove it by surgery.
If you don't go for surgery, you will loose the vision in that particular eye and some time the material from the cataract will leak leading to block in the eye drainage causing secondary complications like glaucoma which will lead to permanent loss of vision.
Hope I have answered your query.
Regards.
