Diagnosed Heart Murmur. Have Shortness Of Breath, Constant Pain In Calf, Lower Leg, Sharp Pain In Chest. Worried

I have been having problems with shortness of breath and was diagnosed with an innocent heart murmur when I was younger, recently I had a doctor tell me that I still had my murmur. I am 38. I have had sharp pains in my chest and I have constant pain in my calf and lower leg. I get light headed easily and have always had a hard time with exercise because of shortness of breath. My heart rate has been slowly decreasing it is now 53 beats a minute according to a recent EKG and my upper chest is constantly red. Should I be worried about heart disease?

No need to panic as situation seems to be under control however these symptoms are a cause of concern because it appears that the heart pathology which was causing murmur is gradually advancing and it has reached the situation that it is now causing hemodynamic disturbances(lightheadedness shortness of breath and chest pain) significant enough to interfere with daily living.

Calf pain and red color of chest however seems to be unrelated to heart condition
Your cardiologist will conduct echo cardiography study and tell the next course of action
