It is unfortunate that your symptoms are persisting despite medical treatment.
Also, your symptoms are not typical of
migraine. It is very unusual to have
numbness and
tingling in face, in cases of migraine.
So, we need to look for alternative causes such as
brain ischemia (lack of blood supply to the brain).
It may be a good idea to go back to your doctor and discuss about this.
