Diagnosed Rotator Cuff Tear, Impingement, Tendonitis And Now Frozen Shoulder, Have Lumps And Bruises On Biceps Post Fall. Serious?

Hello, I recently was diagnosed with a rotator cuff tear , impingement, tendonitis and now frozen shoulder . 2 days ago I fell down the stairs and stopped myself by extending my bad arm behind me. My arm has small lump by bicep, bruise by the bicep area and painful to rotate out. Could I have injured my tendon further? I ve been icing and resting it.

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
I would suggest you to show to a orthopaedic surgeon and get your evaluation done. You might need a surgery for rotator cuff tear. I would also suggest you to do hot water fomentation and Diclofenac ointment till you show it to doctor.
