Diagnosed Svt, Arthritis, Herniated Disc, Degenerative Disc Disease. Severe Pain In Wrist, Arms Feel Broken. Treatment?

I am 24 yrs old 5 foot 138lbs i have been diagnosed with svt, arthritis in lower lumbar, herniated disc, degenerative disc disease, lung nodules, round atelectasis. For the past 2 weeks i have had horrible pains in my wrists and my right arm that feels like its broken. I also will have a large lump pop up on or around my large veins then after 3-4 days the lump disappears and another will pop up else where. I went to the er and they did xray and ultrasound and said they look good tho i was crying in pain. She just told me she didnt know what it was or whwt was causing the pain and sent me home with tramadol. I need an answer this is affecting my everyday life
