Diagnosed With Barretts Esophagreal And A Sliding Hiatus Hernia. Hate To Take Medications. Diet?
I have been diagnosed with Barretts Esophagreal and a Sliding Hiatus Hernia I have to be retested in three years. It isn't cancer! I hate the thought of medication and wondered if there is anyway around not taking them. Is there a cure for this? I think it is to do with diet from what I have read and I think I know what I can't have but what foods are ok? Is there any recipes I can use. I just want to learn what to do so I can help my self as obviously I don't want a op and I don't want the cells to change!
