Diagnosed With CCF, Pain In Left Arms With Cough. Should I Take Him To Hospital?

Hi my husband was diagnosed with CCF in March this year. He is taking Aldactone , Coreg, Lasix , Digoxin and enalapril since. He got the cold yesterday and has been coughing constantly and just told me he is having pain down his left arm. He was also wheezing earlier today and had a temperature of 100.7. Should I take him to the hospital .

hello dear,
Thanks for your query at Hcm,
Yes you have to take him to emergency , because of known case of cardiac failure with pain left arm indicate heart is getting involved.
In fever there will be more load on heart it can effect heart that is already compromised.
My recommeendation is visit doctor immediately for further management .
Regards
