Hi, welcome to Health care magic forum. One month back your father aged 42 years had prostatomegaly with U.T.I, treated and cured, but recured after one month with blood in the urine, fever with chills, swollen legs, back ache . It appears that he has benign prostatic hypertrophy, causing the infection. Or the infection may be mixed one. I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. He may need to have prostatectomy. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
