Hi,
1) Orgasm will not be affected by hysterectomy. Dont worry about it.

2) The pain is not associated with adenomyosis. You are with wrong docotr with wrong diagnosis.

3) Since you have 2 children, your adenomyosis may not be reason for pain. Dont opt for hysterectomy.

4) Please visit another famous gynecologist in a bigger town for second opinion and scan.
