Diagnosed With Cervical Hernations At C5-6-7

I have been diagnosed with cervical hernations at C5-6-7. My neurologist noted a large thyroid with nodgles. I've been under the care of an encrinologist for my thyroid, but I'm wondering if the hernation could cause the thyroid to enlarge, or change in any way?

Hi

Thyroid enlargement requires further investigations with clinical correlations too to diagnose the condition. The herniation is not causing enlargement of thyroid gland. Inform your doctor about your body weight and any other symptoms you might have. Kindly get the thyroid profile done to proceed further towards diagnosis part.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
