Diagnosed With Chronic Pancreatis, Prescribed Zenpep. Hard Immovable Lump Behind Ear. Are These Related?

Hello, I am 20 years old and have just been diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis and placed on 20,000 units of zenpep. Three with meals and two with snacks. I have fever with the episodes, but have recently noticed a hard immoveable lump behind my ear by my jaw. I do not know if this is related at all or not, but I am curious about the lump.

Hi, if the pancreas has a malignancy then only it can travel to the ear as a metastasis other wise it will be a separate entity.
I advise you to consult an E.N.T. surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. By having a biopsy of the gland we can know whether one has malignancy in the pancreas. Thank you.
