Diagnosed With Colon Infection Previously. Feeling Shaky, Passing Bowels After Eating, Sometimes Get Disoriented. What Is The Reason?

My name is Karen. Several months ago I had to go to emergency and had an infection in my colon. I couldn't eat for 5 days and lost seven pounds. I was given antibiotics and sent home. I was feeling better but the symptoms come and go alot especially in the last two weeks. I eat an have a little bit of a bowel movement after about an hour each time. I am very shakey and jittery and cannot control it. I also get disoriented sometimes. I have had blood in my stool in the past. I had a colonoscopy and was fine.

Hi Karen
Antibiotics ;colon infecction repeated bowel movements disturb the bacteial flora of GIT specially of small intestine .This bacteria flora is responsible for proper food digestion .All these disturbances leads to poor food absorption from intestine ; leading to low energy reserve in the body and may lead to Anemia . I have explained it in detail so that you can understand your symptoms .
You avoid Antibiotics ;antacids;takeplenty of cured diluated which will create bacterial flora in GIT ;there are prepration in the market whcich contains lactobaccali in place of curd ; good prepartion of B Complex start taking normal healthy diet green vegetables and see the result :Hope to get a feed back .Dr Lal
