I'm a 14 year old girl diagnosed with fibromyalgia and have currently been having a metallic smell coming from my chest, almost like the smell of blood. I haven't seen any blood coming from that area but I have had some bleeding through the skin on different areas of my body I had just ignored. Would that be in line with the blood smell coming from my chest? I also have small red spots show up in my skin where the blood bleeds through, I think that's where it stains the skin. Recently the metallic smell on my chest has become quite strong and is giving me a headache. Please help, I don't want to go to the doctor and cause my parents any more trouble. Thank You.
