Diagnosed With Fibromyalgia And Polymyalgia Rheumatica. Chronic Body Pain And Stiffness. Sleeplessness. Treatment?
I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Polymyalgia rheumatica. So needles to say I have chronic all over body pain and stiffness. I take two zopiclones nightly to sleep however, on days the pain is so sever...even with the sleeping medications I still can not sleep. I there anything that I could do when this happens?
