Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

The persisting symptoms point towards two possibilities
1. Inadequate treatment of gastric/duodenal ulcer-failure to adhere to diet or inadequate intake of medicine

2. Missing other diagnosis/alternative diagnosis- from the description of your pain I would also like to think of possibility of duodenal ulcer complication and other possible cause of pancreatitis

I suggest you to get thorough reassessment again. Gastroscopy , ultrasound abdomen and liver function test are some of the investigation you presently need.

Kindly get back to me with the reports so that I can assist you further.

Take care
