Diagnosed With Low Lying Placenta Posterior, Subchorionic Hematoma And Mayoma. Chances Of Miscarriage?

Hi Im anne, i had been diagnosed last week on my 12 weeks with low lying placenta posterior, subchorionic hematoma 15mm x 9mm and mayoma. as per the doctor its 50/50 chances to continue or miscarriage. and now im suffering from lower back ache and little cramp on my lower belly and a lot of discharge sometimes its white or yellowish. is it true that there's a chance of miscarriage.

Thanks for the query.
In case of subchorionic hematoma, sometimes smaller ones can resolve by their own.
And if the size of the hematoma increases further that can lead to miscarriage.
As you are having small size hematoma possibly that can be reabsorbed.
The discharge you are having could be due to some sort of infection.
So you once consult gynecologist, get examined and take treatment accordingly.
