Diagnosed With Ruptured Eggs. What Does It Mean?

Doc, my doctor said, my eggs are ruptured ...what does it mean?...i m having pain in my pelvic . Before my period i feel drowsy and pain in my tummy. I noticed a year ago i felt pain during my period( pms ). I just turned 46 and does it mean i am on my of my premenopausal period?....i never conceive and never got pregnant because i married late in my 40 s. i still want to have my own baby/ies...but they said it s impossible for me to get pregnant , i still have my normal period, only that i feel pain these past few months. What is Polycystic disease?

Hello,
Thanks for your query on health care magic.
PCOS is polycystic ovarian syndrome. It is most common ovarian cause of infertility.
Since you are 46 and nearing menopause , I recommend you to get a ovarian reserve volume(ORV) test done.
ORV detects the functioning ability of ovary.
Only if ORV is good you may proceed with advanced reproductive treatment and medical management of infertility.
