Dear user, welcome to healthcare magic. You have nothing to worry about at all. Regarding the typhoid fever you seem to have recovered the attack and mostly you have received drugs that are suitable for pregnancy so there is no adverse effect on your baby. As for the feeble cardiac pulsations, it signifies nothing. We cannot predict an adverse outcome from feeble cardiac pulsations in the first trimester. Mostly your next scan will be reassuring. Good luck. Dr. Ahmed Bahaa.
