Diagnosed With Under Active Thyroxine Levels, Dose Increased And Become Overactive. Feeling Nervous, Tired And Cold

Hi I had my thyroid removed five years ago. Since August last year I've been diagnosed with under active thyroxine levels, dose was increased from 100-150 then it became over active. I just had surgery six wee is ago & my levels were 11.7 so dose was once agin increased, then went over 20 so dose. Was decreased to 100 now I don't know where I am, getting nervous, feeling cold, just started getting tired evn though I'm sleeping well, emotional, constipated Had blood test but apparently dr hasn't asked to s e e me but I made appointment to get results.
What are proper levels of thyroxine

The amount of thyroxine replacement medication needed varies from person to person.

It would be difficult to say exactly how much of this medication you would need to reach appropriate levels of thyroid hormone.
If you are constipated, feeling cold and tired , then it is possible that the medication needs to be increased.
