Diarrhea, Stomach Ache, Migraine, Nausea, No Appetite. Problem?

I have been a bit off for a few weeks. Initially after a night of lack of sleep, all due to a hospitalization of a relative I ate out, fast food, and got stomach cramps and diarrhea. That went away after a day. Post that, I received my first migraine, I'm 25 and that lasted about 2 days, it included nausea, vomiting and insomnia, sensitivity to light and a definite postdrome phase that lasted about 48 hours where I had difficulty focusing. 3 days after that I started suffering from dizzy spells. These have been going on for a week now, varying from day to day, sometimes they occur while reading, sometimes they don't. I suspected vision issues since I use glasses and perhaps my eye sight has worsened. Last night however I went back to my original problem, I was again staying in a hospital, this time due my mothers masectomy and vesicle surgery, and ended up eating out fast food, this caused gas issues (burping mostly), nausea, vomiting and loose bowel movements. Today I continue with the nausea, there is a feeling of fullness, I have no desire for food, but no stomach pain whatsoever.

Hi, it all appears to be one complaint, you have divided into several bits. It all happened due to the food poisoning, and associated with fever, weekness, while improving you will find some findings, and when you are exposed to the same food, again you got the same symptoms repeated.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
Thank you.
