Diarrhea, Undigested Food In Stool, Low Testosterone Level. Ruled Out Celiac. What Is Going On?

My son has suffered for s while with constant diarrhoea and stools with indigested food. He has gad several test which have shown negative for celiac. He is however slightly anaemic and also has very low testosterone levels. He is 15 and is small and thin compared to other boys his age. Any suggestions please as to what could be wrong with him?

the food can also lower harmonnes
you can also get consultation with endocrinologist to rul out local cause
