Hi, Your symptoms suggest hormonal imbalance as you seem to have scanty yet regular menstrual discharge. Causes could vary from decreased uterine priming, polycystic ovaries, thyroid disorder, residual endometriosis and so on. A course of combination pills for a few months can improve the picture along with improved nutrition. Induction may then be tried with proper monitoring. If healthy regular ovulation pattern is observed, progesterone supplementation should be sufficient. Hope you find this information helpful. Wish you good health.
