Did My Son Have A Serious Injury?
My son age 7 falled knock his head. He then stand up but can't stand properly and slightly fall again facing down again on his knee then elbow and lastly hit his chin. 1 minute later some fluid like blood from the nose. The blood was a little, we just wipe off with a piece of tissue paper, the blood mark is as big as my son thumb print. He feel uncomfortable for about 15 minute. He then enjoy a badminton section and eats normally. Besides also behave normally and very active. Anything I should observe or bring him to the physician

Ideally such case of head injury need to be kept under observation till 48 hours, because anything could happen during this time period, first this need to be sent for CT imaging study of injured part, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
