Difficulty In Breathing, Nose Block, Dry Cough For A Kid

Kid is having difficulty on breathing, noseblock, dry cough , flem on her thought but don't know to spit it out. Breathing from mouth. No fever. Can't sleep for long . Crying cos uncomfortable. She is one year and 4 months . 10.5 kg weight. What to do

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Give him saline nasal drops .
Give steam inhalation as this will loosen up secretions
Give warm fluids to drink.
If symptoms persists get him evaluated by pediatrician.
