Difficulty In Passing Gas, Burning Sensation In Anus With Bleeding. What Is It And Possible Treatment?

Hi! I m worried and need your help! For months now I ve been dealing with a problem ! I find it hard to pass gas, I usually have to push it out , an when I use the washroom it burns when I take a number 2 and its after bleeding! And my feces have been different colours ! Green to like black. I heard It might be an anal fissure ... Do you think that s what it is?

1) anal fissure
2) beeding piles ( hemorrhoids)
