Difficulty In Walking After Landing Unevenly On Left Foot

Hello. I was doing pull ups on a series of bars, proceeded to spin upwards, and dropped down to the grass, landing unevenly on my left foot. Instantly, I was unable to walk properly, and today (this happened yesterday) I cannot even walk without assistance from a chair with wheels. I am praying that I did not fracture anything; what seems to be the anomaly?

Best,

Ryan

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having heavy strain on anlke joint giving you this problem.
Go for x-ray ankle to rule out fracture at the joint.
Give complete rest to the part.
Apply ice pack 2-3 times a day for 2-3 days.
Meanwhile take some anti-inflammatory medicine for 2-3 days.
Ok and take care.
