Difficulty Urinating, Pressure In One Testicle, No Blood In Urine. Causes For Flow Restriction?

i am a 27 year old male and i am having trouble urinating. i feel restriction while i urinate. and i feel a little pressure in one of my testicals. no matter how hard i push or how long i hold it when i urinate it comes out slow and i feel this discomfort. it does not hurt and i dont have any blood in my urine but i feel like something is restricting my flow

The combination looks like urethral stricture with infection of the testes.
You need physical examination, uroflowmetry and ultrasound scan.
