Hello! Please ensure adequate glycaemic control - have a glucometer at home and check blood sugar levels at various times of the day esp before breakfast, at 10 pm (bedtime), etc. Her vomitting sensation and low apetite could be due to intolerance to Metformin; please ensure that Galvusmet 50/500 is given half an hour AFTER breakfast and dinner. Ecosporin is enteric coated and the drug is released only in small intestines thus preventing gastritis due to inflammation of stomach lining; best taken after lunch.
