Discharge Very Lightly Through My Belly Button

Hello...i recently underwent umbilical hernia surgery like 3 months back...i was getting better day by day and now i got this problem as am consulting with the doctor for the past one month..there is some discharge very lightly through my belly button..no pain or anything serious..the doc told me that i have got a pink skin and she had put some silver nitrate to burn it..then again this discharging continues and now the doc have a doubt that still something is not healed inside well..she suggested that if it is not getting better then they need to redo the surgery again to check whats the problem..is there anyway to get rid of this problem without surgery ? this won't be healed anymore? if it is..then this problem can't be solved with any prescribed medicine ?

The discharge should be examined to see what it consists of and then proceed to surgery to stop it. There is no mediv=cine to heal it if it is coming from inside where the healing is not taken place. So, a re-surgery will tell what has gone wrong and repair accordingly.

Get the discharge tested & Also get site of discharge either by sonograghy or sinogram the depth of discharging ,then proceed as situation demands.thre can be so many causes for discharge.
