Discomfort During Periods, Headache, Tender Breasts. Negative Pregnancy Test. Pregnant?
I ve been having very strange periods, just not normal for me. I cannot lie down on my stomach because I feel intense pressure and discomfort. I get a headache almost every day. Very tender breasts to the point that showering hurts. I ve taken 6 hpt in the past 6 or 7 months all neg. starting to wonder if there s something wrong with my overies.

Your symptoms suggests that you are suffering from PMDD.
Premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) is a severe form of premenstrual syndrome (PMS).
It is seen in 2-6% of women.
Lifestyle changes such as regular exercise and a well balanced diet may reduce some of the symptoms of PMDD.
Definitive treatment would be to start selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI). Consult your Gynaecologist for the same.
