Discovered A Lump Just Under My Ribcage On My Left Side. Worried If It Was Muscle Spasm Or A Hernia?

I think I may have a hernia, google has me kind of worried. I was bending over doing a hamstring stretch and I felt a sort of pop and discovered a lump just under my ribcage on my left side. I'm not sure if it was just a muscle spasm or a hernia, it disappeared a few seconds after I returned upright and standing. Thanks.

Hello,

This can be a Spigellian hernia if you see a visible lump that comes and disappears.

This is a hernia that occurs between the muscle fibers of the lower chest.

You should get an Ultrasound done to confirm this.
