Dizziness, Loss Of Balance, Feeling Of Shocks On Chest, Numbness In Arm, Lump On Leg. What Could Be This?

Hi I woke up this morning fealing dizziness and loss of balance and coordination I also been fealing shocks on my chest and at nigth my arm go numb sometimes
I am 33 years old dont smoke drink or do drugs
i am overweight

I was wondering what can this be and shod i go to a hospital or doctor
I also have a lump on my leg near my ankle it dont hurt or bother me but i wonder if the 2 are connected

Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.

The most common cause of dizziness and imbalance in you could be peripheral vertigo, related to middle ear problems.
You should take betahistine tablets to reduce dizziness. If you get better, there is no need to worry. However, if symptoms persist, you should consult a doctor.
