Hello
Welcome to HCM

You suffered head injury about 3 year back and it was followed by a seizure episode. Your CT scan came normal at that time. The constant giddiness that is occurring can be due to long term sequel of head trauma. If you are able to control the symptoms then there is no need to take medicines other wise there are a lot of medicines that can be used in such situations like Betahistine, Cinnarizine, Vertin etc. These medicines provide symptomatic control of symptoms. Consult a doctor for detailed prescription.

Thanks
