Dizziness, Tickling And Numbness In Cheek, Ear,leg, Spasms Inside Body, Thirsty. MRI, Blood And Ekg Normal. Any Ideas?

Hi i have been dizzy for 4 weeks, started with me wanting to faint, then felt tickling and numbness in cheek , it went away to another ear, first thought it might be ear infection feel spasm inside that shake my body and sight, my leg get numb, thirsty not hungry. Mri is fine, blood and ekg is fine . Can it be parasite? Vaso problems?

It seems to be facial nerve paresis.Nerve stimulation in physiotherapy is having very good results. take medicine Pregabalin and Methylcobalamine combination twice a day will show you wonderfull results.
