Dizziness, Tiredness, Stressed, Itching Eyes. Underlying Causes?

Got up quickly this morning at 5 AM to use bathroom. On the way back to bed I was extremely dizzy, room spinning. Even laying down with eyes closed everything was spinning for about 15-20 min. Spinning stopped but I felt dizzy and tired for the next 3 hours. Did not feel like myself until noon. Been under a bit of stress last 2 days and it was a rainy, foggy morning. Eyes were allergy itchy most of day. Feel fine now.
