Neurologist 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you very much for posting this question in HCM
Let me tell you that any symptom in medicine can be due to various causes and the primary objective of the treating doctor is to establish the cause and deal accordingly.
Back to your problem,
In the absence of other symptoms like vomiting, bleeding form nose/ear, loss of consciousness, the chance of having a serious brain injury is low; though cannot be excluded.
You may try simple analgesics and observe or visit a neurophysician and get her examined. The neurphysician will determine the need of a brain scan, if any.
You don’t have to worry much
She will recover
Hope this help you
