Dizzy,light Headed,headache,irregular Periods

I havent been feeling well, dizzy, light headed, nausea ... even passed out, about 2 weeks ago. Now I keep getting headaches and/or pain in my head. I just moved and I ve been traveling a lot and figure I ll get to the Dr. eventually. So I happened to be in CVS today and decided to check my blood pressure and it was 93 over 52. I usually have low blood pressure , but this is really low - right? Should I get to a Dr. immediately ? (I am 38 yr old female - 5 0 / 110lbs. Used to exercise daily but recently moved and havent been to the gym in 4 months. My period has been a little off schedule, but I am getting them monthly). Appreciate your advice.

Neurologist 's  Response
Dear
I don't think you have something urgent.
It is better take contact with a neurologist because neurological exam exlude any brain problem.
Anyway your symptoms are related with your low blood symptoms so I don't see any reason to worry to much.
A obstetrical consultation is needed about your periods to understand why they are late.
Wish I have helped you
Don't hesitate to contact for further questions
Best regards
Dr Eris Ranxha
