Do Flecainide, Bisoprolol And Trandolapril Cause Dizziness?

Have persistent AFIB and have to get electrically converted every so often, usually years between. An on Flecainide 200 mg, 2.5 of Bisoprolol and 2 mg of Trandolapril. Lately in the hot weather I have been getting dizzy while play golf. Also short of breath. Are these episodes tied to side effects of the ACE inhibitor?

hi sir/mam,your guess is right and those adverse effects you have been experiencing are due to trandolapril and flecainide.trandolapril can cause hypotension,dizziness and syncope.when body gets dehydrated like after strenuous exercise,on a sunny day,these effects are more pronounced.flecainide can also cause dizziness and shortness of breath.kindly report your symptoms to the prescribing physician such that he can either adjust the dose or go for an alternative medicine.hope my answer clarifies your doubt.if you have any other health issues,please let me know.its my pleasure to be of any help to you.thank you.take care.bye.
