Should I Again Take Medicines In Morning As I Had It At Night?

Hello! I suffer from atrial fibrillation and I m currently on Flecainide x2, Rivaroxaban X1 and Bisoprolol X1. I accidentally took my extra dose of Rivaroxaban and Bisoprolol last night. Should I take the dose again this morning like I usually do or leave it for 24 hours?

The highest peak would be when the second dose was fully absorbed. This would have occurred by now. Taking the next dose at it's usual time will not result in as high a peak as you've seen, then after that things return to the previous levels by the next regular dosing.
