Do I Have UTI Or Kidney Problem Based On The Urine Report Attached?

I am a male with age of 43. My urine DR reports shows the following: Leukocytes Occasional Red blood cells Occasional Epithelial cells Occasional Others Mucus thread (+), Sperm seen Color Yellow Appearance Hazy Specific Gravity 1.020 pH 6 Protein, Glucose, Ketone, Bilirubin & Nitrite are Negative. What does it means. Do I have any serious kidney or UTI problem?
