Do I Have High Blood Pressure And Cholesterol ?

My hands feeling swollen and tight like it is hard to bend my fingers. I wake in the night with my hands feeling swollen and tight like it is hard to bend my fingers. However, there is no actual swelling. I can remove my rings with ease. This only happens during the night and early morning. Then the symptoms go away after an hour or so of waking. I have type II diabetes, treated with medication, high blood pressure and cholesterol.

Your symptoms go more in favour of joint problems than high BP. Looks more like arthritis than high bp and stiffness of hands is not a symptm of high bp.
