Do I Need Hysterectomy When Having Bicornuate Uterus? Pelvic Ultrasound Awaited For Constant Light Period

Hello, I just had a pelvic ultrasound (not know results yet) due to me (58yrs old) having a menstrual period (light) for over a month. I did have a uterus ultrasound back in the 1990's and I have a bicornuate uterus. I cannot seem get pregnant ( though not now at my age). I also had some spillage into the peritoneal cavity at the ovaries. Anyway, I was told O may need a hysterectomy. What do you think?
