I am of 35 years 6months 24 weeks from the date of conceive my second child, my health parameters normal as of now do i need to go for this An amniocentesis test?

why you want too go for amniocentesis when everything is ok --see this is an invasive procedure & it carries all hazards of such a procedure -- unless & until very much indicated benefits outweighing the risks it should not be performed .go for simple fetal ultrasound & routine blood investigations
