hi doctor, i am 31 years old and my husband is 40 years old and now we are trying for baby. I am in my clomid cycle. Can i increase my chance of pregnancy by taking shatavari and ashwagandha powder.Can i give the same to my husband to increase sperm motility. how to take the dosage of these powders for both my husband and me.

Shatavari and Ashwagandha powder can help general nutritional support with their Herbal properties, but not proven to increase the sperm motility in any case. For your intake of above you can consume 5 gm of Shatavari twice a day and Ashwagandha 10 gms twice a day with boiled skimmed milk.
