General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome.
I appreciate your concern for the possibility of Serotonin syndrome while taking the prescribed medications.

Yes, one of the prescribed medication (Tramadol) can cause Serotonin syndrome.

Serotonin syndrome is a drug-related complication that results from increased brain-stem serotonin activity, usually precipitated by the use of one or more serotonergic drugs.

Tramadol is an analgesic medication with predominantly opioid like activity and it affects serotonin and norepinephrine levels in the brain.

Although you have been prescribed pain killers like Paracetamol & Celebrex, so Tramadol should be avoided to prevent this dangerous drug induced complication.

Best wishes.
