Hello,

Antibiotics does not cause kidney stones and short course of common antibiotics does not cause any harm to kidney. You can do an ultrasound scan to assess the size of stones. If the storms are symptomatic and cause symptoms like pain or blood stained urine, you can consult a urologist and get evaluated. As of now, no treatment is required and drink plenty of water.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
