Do Cramps During Miscarriage Indicate Internal Bleeding?

I am about 7 weeks pregnant and am pretty confident that I just had a miscarriage. I ve had two before. Last time once the tissue passed I felt better fairly quickly and quit cramping. This time I am cramping horribly! It almost feels so intense like labor pains that are coming and going pretty constantly. The bleeding is still continuing although seems a little less than yesterday. The cramping is really bad. Should I be concerned? Should I be worried about internal bleeding at all?

Hi. Thanks for posting on hcm.
I recommend toy to get an ultrasound done to confirm whether the miscarriage is complete or incomplete where few products of conception remain in the uterus and cause such symptoms.
If on ultrasound it is confirmed incomplete then you need to get the remains removed by a procudure called D nd C done by an obstetrician.
Hope this is helpful to you.
